How It Works






Step 1 - Shopping

You can order with all online retailers with your own login and name. In doing so you benefit from low shipping costs for delivery within Germany.

If you don’t have an account with the online retailer of your choice yet, we will gladly assist you personally with the set-up. Personal mail for confirmation of your account will be directly sent to us.

If you need help with payment processing, let us advise you and use our payment transaction services. Thereby your shopping at ebay, amazon, zalando and other online retailers is safe.

Step 2 - Delivery Address

Here you can find your personal delivery address. When placing an order, specify following address as delivery address.

If you are experiencing any problems with your purchase, feel free to contact us and we will resolve them directly with the online retailer without language barrier. Our registered users can omit the name and use our anonymised P.O.B. address.

Most of the online retailers known to us allow the delivery to a different delivery address than the billing address. With our document service, business users obtain a flawless VAT exemption/refund with the German retailers.

Step 3 - Information

After your purchase, please advise us about the anticipated consignment. Give us your name, the sender and the expected size of the consignment. If you received a parcel number from the retailer, please send it as soon as possible so that we are instantly able to correctly assign your parcel.


Our registered users can use this form in our login area.

Step 4 - Arrival of your Consignment

On arrival of your consignment it will be automatically registered and assigned to your P.O. box according to your code/name and the sender.

You'll be notified about the arrival of the consignment.

In the user area, registered users can keep track of the consignments with parcel number and consignment number received on their account. You can also choose to get a message on your phone with the information about your consignment.

Step 5 - Collection, Delivery, Storage

On arrival of your consignment you will be notified. Pleas inform us how your consignment should be handled. In cases where your consignment should be stored or collected we will also be delighted to arrange individual dates with you.

If you are a registered user you can send us your handling request before the consignment arrives. 

You can pay the fee when you collect your consignment or in advance. We accept payment in cash, via bank transfer or paypal. Commercial customers with a VAT ID No. Get an invoice and if necessary a monthly statement.
